I am deeply passionate about helping people get fit and stay motivated on their fitness journey. I am a certified personal trainer specializing in developing simple and effective training routines.

Payment is by Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card (with a fee). No Tipping.

5–10 min warmup
30 min workout

GROUPS
*2 people max for a group
Each person pays their half of the whole package in order to do a group session and MUST BOOK AND COME TOGETHER at the same time for it to work.
