Our massage techniques are effective, practical and therapeutic. Our focus is on getting you out of pain and Maximizing Athletic and Everyday Performance!
Customized massage sessions can be done in the location of your choice: In-Facility or In-Home.

A first-time client will need an in-person evaluation, after which a recommended course of action will be provided. With experience also comes knowing when to refer an individual to a doctor or orthopedist.

I've been a massage therapist for 10 years now and my thirst for more knowledge has only increased! I love the challenge of helping people who are in chronic or acute pain. I have worked on everyday people, high school athletes, average gym goers, pregnant women, professional athletes such as Jets players, pre/post op patients, and chronic/acute pain individuals.
